While we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business, industry, sector or geographical location, we intend to focus our search for an initial business combination on companies within the technology sector, as described below, that are market leaders in industries that we believe are primed for outsized growth, provide mission critical solutions to their customers, and have significant recurring revenue with enterprise valuations in an approximate valuation range of $1.5 billion to $3.0 billion. Our management team is uniquely positioned to source superior investment opportunities by combining deep industry knowledge with a thematic approach to the technology sector. We have an extensive network and regular dialogue with financial sponsors, investment bankers, corporate executives and industry experts. We will utilize the same sourcing methods and in-depth market mapping that has consistently sourced over 3,000 transactions per year for our affiliate, Marlin Equity Partners.
